Our current guidance officer is Mrs Joy Wagstaff.  Joy visits our school every Thursday.  If you require the services of our guidance officer, please contact your class teacher or the school office.

Overview of Guidance Officer Services

A guidance officer is trained to assist in the verification of students and also provides advice to teachers, parents and families on a range of matters including school behaviour, learning progress and vocational guidance.  A guidance officer is also involved in maintaining current records of students disabilities.

The guidance officer will also liaise with the transition officedr when students are making the transition to high school.
